Gas (for the boiler) and electricity: a provisional amount of 45 euro per person per month will do. More information about the utility system in the Netherlands. Please look at the website in the 'accommodation facilities' window. Sometimes utilities are included.
The landlord is paying the cost for water. If the consumption of water exceeds the average use per person, landlord may charge tenants for the extra consumption.
